Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("User") and hijau44 ("Platform" or "We") regarding the use of the hijau44.run website and all services provided on it. This Agreement takes effect on the date you register an account or use any hijau44 service for the first time.

By accessing, registering or using the hijau44 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement, including our Privacy Policy which forms part of this Agreement by reference.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account at hijau44. Holding multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all accounts being terminated, balances returned (after review), and bonuses cancelled.

Users are fully responsible for the security of their username and account password. Any activity that occurs through your account is considered to have been authorised by you unless you have reported loss of access to us. hijau44 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access that occurs due to the user's own negligence.

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting our customer service. Closure requests will be processed in accordance with the established procedure, including the settlement of any pending transactions.

Deposits and Withdrawals

For a deposit of RM1,800, the maximum bonus is RM888 with a balance of RM2,688 and a wagering requirement of RM888 × 25 = RM22,200.

Governing Law

If resolution through negotiation is not achieved within a reasonable period, the dispute may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules set by a recognised arbitration body. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
